And you have the option to come to Greece any time of the year you want, just let us know
30 days prier so we can book the days for you, and this will be the process every year at
NO extra cost to you.

This contract you can pass it on to your kids, Family, or any one that you want, also if one year
you can t` make it to Greece you can rent it out and you collect the rent.

And the owner me {Theo} pays all utilities, Cleaning and all maintains, you always will have your KEY in your pocket and you own this Beach Front Apartment one week per year for the next 10 years.
